Context
Indonesia's Ministry of Education needed a single data reference for education planning at the province and district level. The underlying data lived in separate sources: the National Assessment, census records, socio-economic surveys, and budget data. GovTech Edu, the ministry's technology partner, was tasked with building it from scratch.
Challenge
More than 300 indicators from separate sources had to be combined into a reference for regional planners. Adoption was tracked across 38 provinces and 512 districts/cities.
Solution
Before Invero was founded, Falih Hermon Putra led the product from zero as the District-Province Scorecard, later known as Rapor Pendidikan. Data from the National Assessment, census, socio-economic surveys, and budgets was integrated into 300+ structured indicators. Within the same remit, he managed Belajar.id accounts, the national education SSO. The product was adopted by 38 provinces and 512 districts/cities.
